A retainer is generally required before investigative services begin, allowing us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to your case. Services are then billed against the retainer based on the scope of the assignment and the services provided. Any remaining balance is handled according to the terms of your service agreement.

Surveillance Investigations

Surveillance assignments are typically conducted in 8-hour blocks, with most initial surveillance assignments ranging from 24 to 72 hours depending on the circumstances of the case.

We work with each client to determine the appropriate amount of surveillance based on the investigative objective, available information, and budget. You don't necessarily need to commit to an extensive investigation upfront, we can begin with an initial surveillance period and discuss next steps based on the results.
